Cabbage soup diet plan allows you to lose 11 pounds a week during the first and the food, not to feel hunger - because the total amount of food is not limited.
The main course of this diet plan is cabbage soup. You can find several recipes for the diet of cabbage soup and all your work really quite different. There is only one difference in spices and the quantity of cabbage in it. Here is my recipe with a diet plan week:
500 g of white cabbage;
170 g of carrots;
170 g of celery;
150 g of white onions;
150 g of green onions;
300 g cauliflower
300 g of tomatoes;
20 g of fresh garlic;
0.2 liters of tomato paste;
0.1 liters of olive oil;
1.5 liters of water;
2 cubes vegetable broth;
1 tablespoon chopped cilantro;
1 tablespoon ground cumin;
1 tablespoon curry powder;
2 red bell pepper;
2 bay leaves;
1 teaspoon soy sauce;
a little 'fresh ginger
Mix with water. Add cilantro, cubes, bay leaves, pepper and finely chop the remaining spices in the recipe. Cook until the soup of boiled vegetables.
Can I eat the soup as you want, no limit. You can add to the soup of the following products (in any amount, unless otherwise specified):
1-Day: All fruits except bananas.
2-Day: green vegetables. For dinner - a baked potato with butter.
3-Day: Fruit and vegetables, but no potatoes.
4-Day: nonfat milk or low fat and a banana.
5 days: a piece of fish or skinless chicken and 6 tomatoes.
6-Day: chops with a green salad.
7 days: rice with vegetables.
During the diet of cabbage soup, you should drink plenty of water (not pop) - at least 3 liters a day and tea without sugar. Alcohol is strictly forbidden during this diet.
