Cabbage soup diet recipes-what do you need?

Cabbage soup is a farce, but low calorie dish, which is convenient and easy to do. It is inspired by restaurants across the world.  The soup is popular in central Europe and eastern Europe, and cabbage is an ingredient in some kinds of borscht.  It may be pretty boring after day three, though it is the main part of the diet and can be eaten as often as you like throughout the day.  As it is a low calorie soup, it can thus help a person to remain fit along with providing health benefits.  Cabbage soup is also loaded with many nutrients as well as tons of fiber.  Additionally, it is low in fat and cholesterol, but has high sodium content.  you can see it is good to maintain weight problem, filling and nutritious.

The recipe of the cabbage soup is Ingredients:.  Recipes for the cabbage soup vary, but all are based on cabbage, onions, tinned tomatoes, green peppers, celery, carrots, mushrooms and onion soup mix.

Some Examples for Cabbage Soup Recipe:

6 large green onions 2 green peppers 1 or 2 cans of tomatoes (diced or whole) 1 bunch celery 1/2 head cabbage 1 package Lipton Soup Mix 1 or 2 cubes bouillon (optional) 1 48 oz.

Another Green Cabbage Soup Recipe: One-half of a green cabbage, chopped3 large onions, diced1 large green pepper, sliced1 cup fresh mushrooms, washed and sliced1 or 2 cups washed fresh spinach leaves1 can of diced tomatoes1 envelope of dry onion soup mix3 vegetable-flavoured bouillon cubes8 to 12 cups of water Oregano, cilantro, garlic powder, basil, pepper, and/ or parsley to taste.

And here is the basic recipe that I use: 4 cups chopped green cabbage (1/2 of a small head) 2 medium carrots, sliced 2 medium celery stalks, sliced 1 medium onion, chopped 1 pkg.

I have always found in the past, that Cabbage soup is good for me and is filling and low fat and always seems to help me out in weeks that are "bad".  Not sure eating a bowl after bowl of cabbage soup is what you want, yet you want to experience the rapid weight loss results.  The diet of cabbage soup is a project you can take to lose about two pounds per week.  Also is a fairly simple recipe.  The main setback is that only water and cabbage soup is allowed on this diet, as well as some other foods such as fruits and vegetables.
